Can I sell your plugins on my site?
The short answer is no. We do though offer an affiliate program. Details can be found on our affiliate page.
Can I use your plugins on templates I sell?
Absolutely not! We care about the creative community and would never steal from anyone.
Naturally, we are occupied creating awesome things for people, so if there is any confusion about it, our legal team would be more than happy to talk to you. That’s their job after all.
Site Requirements & Compatibility
Our plugins work with ALL Squarespace v7.1 templates.
Our plugins work with a majority of Squarespace 7.0 templates. Each plugin specifies which template family it is compatible with in the “Plugin Info” section.
All plugins require a Business Plan or higher to use.

Support
Refunds
Due to the digital download nature of our plugins, they're NOT refundable for any reason.
You might of some how went through the check-out process and yet still "purchased it by mistake” or “the client I was using it for doesn't want to use it anymore”, not a problem. We have good news for you. Our plugins come with an unlimited license so feel free to use it on future projects.
If you feel the plugin isn't working we will be happy to take a look for you. Please see "My Plugin Isn't Working” section before reaching out to us.
Preview Mode
There are a lot of moving parts with websites, so it's not uncommon for the plugin effects to not show when in edit mode. One reason may be because your cache. That’s why we recommend viewing in a private or incognito window before jumping to any conclusions that doesn’t work.
If you are still seeing an issue we are more than happy to take a look.
Response Time
If you have an issue or just a general question, someone from our team will be in touch within 24-36 hours M-F. Excluding any major holidays.
Plugin Conflicts
Plugins are designed to be simple, but unless it’s your line of work they can sometimes feel tricky. While we make sure our plugins are targeting the specific elements you want, running multiple plugins on your site from multiple vendors, outside of Square Refresh can cause a conflict.
We do not offer support for other vendors plugins.
