1. Terms of Service Agreement

By accessing and using squarefresh.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and policies. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you are not permitted to use or access the SquareRefresh website. The content and materials on this website may be protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Definitions

  • “Plugins”: Downloadable code pieces for Squarespace websites.

  • “Templates”: Pre-designed layouts and styles for Squarespace websites.

  • “Users”: Individuals accessing or using the SquareRefresh website and products.

3. Plugin Unlimited Use License

Unlimited Use License All plugins are licensed for unlimited use, meaning they can be used an unlimited number of times on Squarespace projects, whether personal or commercial.

Restrictions

  • Plugins cannot be sold or redistributed.

  • You may not claim ownership of any plugins.

  • Plugins cannot be copied and sold on similar platforms or services.

4. Templates

Service SquareRefresh offers Squarespace (SQSP) templates. These templates are pre-installed on the user's computer and can be customized within Squarespace. Squarespace does not sponsor or endorse SquareRefresh templates.

Installation Templates will be emailed within 36 hours of purchase. Existing sites cannot be overridden by a template. Templates will appear on user dashboards and may include CSS or JS, which can be modified.

Trial Squarespace Accounts To use templates from trial accounts, you must activate a paid Squarespace plan after installation.

Paid Squarespace Accounts Templates are compatible only with Squarespace Business Plan or higher. Users are responsible for all associated charges.

Template Content Templates include plugins, guides, and CSS stylesheets. Demo images and icons used in templates are for illustrative purposes only and must be replaced with your own design. Images used for plugins and templates may include free Unsplash stock photos, Squarespace stock template photos, or AI-generated images by SquareRefresh.

Custom Fonts Some templates use custom fonts not included in Squarespace’s system, which we own and use for demo purposes only. We may include a link and/or affiliate link to purchase the font outside of our site.

Templates Use License

  • One-time use licenses for each template are non-transferable.

  • Templates cannot be reused or resold.

  • Each additional project requires a new purchase of the template.

  • Templates are for personal or business use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

5. Code At Your Risk

Using and installing plugins requires knowledge of coding languages such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. Use SquareRefresh products at your own risk. SquareRefresh is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of its products.

6. Support Types

Free Support Includes:

  • Issues directly related to the plugin.

  • Files included with the plugin.

  • Internal Squarespace platform updates.

Free Support Excludes:

  • Domain, social media, and email marketing services.

  • Populating text and assets into templates.

  • Design and implementation of new web pages.

  • Customization of style sheets beyond original scope.

  • Inquiries regarding the Squarespace platform or third-party plugins.

  • Customization or modification issues created by users.

Template Support Support is provided only for purchased templates.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not available. We may reduce pricing at any point without notice. This does not grant a refund for the original amount paid or a credit. Refunds are not granted for user errors or third-party conflicts.

8. Affiliates Program

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on sales generated through their referral links. Payments are made via PayPal on the 1st of each month. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and complete required tax forms if earnings exceed $600.

Income Earned and Taxes Affiliates are responsible for reporting taxes on their earnings. SquareRefresh is not responsible for withholding taxes.

Removal and Banning SquareRefresh reserves the right to terminate or ban affiliates for misuse or fraudulent activity. Future payouts may be denied, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Peach’s Peach’s manages the affiliate program. SquareRefresh is not liable for issues related to Peach’s platform.

Changes to This Program SquareRefresh may alter or cancel the affiliate program, including commission structure and rates, at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The information and materials on the SquareRefresh website are provided 'as is.' SquareRefresh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, probable outcomes, or reliability of the use of the materials on our website or any linked websites.

10. Limitations

SquareRefresh or its representatives will not be liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption. These limitations may not apply if your jurisdiction does not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages.

11. Accuracy of Materials

SquareRefresh’s website content may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the materials on our website. Content may be updated without notice, but we do not guarantee that it will be updated.

12. Modifications

The terms of service are subject to change without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any current terms of service.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of California courts for any disputes arising under these terms.

14. Privacy Policy

15. User Responsibilities

Users must maintain the accuracy of information provided and comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our products and services.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website content are retained by SquareRefresh. Users grant SquareRefresh a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any user-generated content for promotional purposes.

17. Termination

SquareRefresh reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if users violate these terms or engage in illegal or unethical behavior.

18. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

19. Accessibility

While we are committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all users, our plugins and templates are not specifically tested for ADA compliance. The majority of our templates don’t use outside code, so any accessibility features or issues would rely on the chosen platform (e.g., Squarespace) and its accessibility tools. We encourage users to independently assess their accessibility needs and make any necessary adjustments to the templates or plugins.
